A forerunner in training and developing sales professionals into industry experts, he has coached employees on products and effective sales methodology. He has consistently achieved set sales goals in the stipulated time frame during his career. During his twelve years of employment with LIC, he became the top performer for 8 consecutive years and was the youngest person in the division who attained this achievement. He has also worked in HDFC Bank Global Private ltd (Subsidiary of HDFC Bank ltd.) for 6 years as Sr. Sales Manager and during this period he successfully achieved a growth of 150% in sales in all years consecutively. He is currently working in Basket Option private ltd as a G.M for the past 8 years.

Athar SMY is a dictionary of Insurance all by himself. A PGDMBA holder from Tasmac, Athar has around 28 years of experience with 18 years in the insurance industry, having worked with companies like Max Life Insurance, New India Assurance, Bajaj Allianz, HDFC Standard Life etc.Athar has a penchant for details and an uncanny knackof keeping customers comfortable and not anxious. He is excellent when it comes to PR work.A strong believer in the philosophy that learning is a lifelong process, he is currently pursuing Financial Planning certificate course.

A profound strategist, Sri Harsha has been a part of Basket Option from the initial days. As a founding member, he has undertaken challenging roles as an intrapreneur in the organization. His strength lies in his team building and mentoring capabilities. He is also an expert in retail and corporate client acquisition, having acquired more than 3,000 retail clients. He has been the masterbrain behind a lot of innovative ideas in the organization which has helped in scaling up the operations and processes. Having begun his career at the age of 19, Sri Harsha believes that experience counts more than education.

Kishore is a Finance professional but is a Passionate Marketing Individual, He is a PGDBM from WLC College, Bangalore. With over 11 years of experience & has worked with firms like Reliance, GE, Indiabulls etc. He is present across many networking forums and has played a key role in BNI. A Digital Marketing expert by choice, and does take care of more than 25 active pages on Facebook and does SEO and other related activities in his leisure.

He has served Rotaract, the Youth wing of Rotary International for 13 years and was President of South Asia leading and mentoring about 50,000+ volunteers. He now serves as Chairman Emeritus of the Board. He has delivered leadership lectures at many places in the world and also served as a cultural & Vocational Ambassador to USA as part of the Rotary Foundation. He is a member of Data Security Council of India, Information Systems Audit and Control Association, USA, Traffic Warden with Bangalore City Traffic Police & a Mythologist at Natanam.edu.in. He also is a Paul Harris Fellow & a Startingbloc Fellow. Shubham Deva, a engineer in Mathematics and Scientific Computing from IIT Kanpur, is the Chief Research Officer at BasketOption. He is currently heading 52WeekHigh , the research bureau of BasketOption. He is an expert in Mathematics and Statistics, Probability Distribution, Quantitative Analysis, Stochastic Process, Data Mining, Time Series, Mathematical Finance and much more.. He has worked in Finstream Financial Advisors as a Financial Analyst making quantitative models for trading. He has headed the Business Club and Entrepreneurship Cell of IIT Kanpur. Prior to his forte into Basket Option, he had an early stint with entrepreneurship as a student with two startups - tokeri.com which was a campus platform to buy and sell things, and sirftshirt.com which is an exclusive website for tshirts.

With imperative expertise that he procured as post graduate diploma in supply chain and working 2 years in Cognizant as a senior executive, he is all set to materialize the business in most versatile terms. His has a vision where he adds, “I am an analytical person believe in doing research and a thorough case study before starting anything. The outcome with what Entrepreneurship drives in a person has always lured me to be an entrepreneur.
